- Payment methods
- Services must be purchased with an approved payment method as determined by the business.
- Refunds
- Once detailing has been started, refunds are at the discretion of New Life Detailing. If a client is unsatisfied with the quality of work performed this must be made known within 24 hours of service. This must be made known in writing with photos attached via email to contact@newlifedetailing.net. Eligibility of photos provided following service are up to the discretion of New Life Detailing. Photographs, videos and any other provided material must be submitted by the recipient of service that matches the appointment.
- Weather policy
- New Life Detailing reserves the right to determine if an appointment must be rescheduled and/or adjusted due to unforeseen weather conditions. Any scheduled appointment that is affected by inclement weather is not eligible for a refund. Appointments can be rescheduled.
- Cancellation policy
- Upon booking you are reserving a space on your service provider's schedule. Should circumstances occur that result in a needed cancellation, New Life Detailing, respectfully requires 24 hours notice to allow for the reserved space to be rebooked. Cancellations must be made over the phone, in the event it is after business hours a timestamped email will be accepted.
- Package and severity details
- Upon booking, the client acknowledges the services to be rendered are reflective of the package purchased. The client understands that any additional services required will incur additional charges. As it is likely I am arriving at an unseen site, New Life Detailing reserves the right to re-quote in the event of severity. Severity can include, but is not limited to; excessive pet hair, bodily fluids or aggressive oxidation. In the event re-quoting is needed New Life Detailing will reach out to the client prior to beginning any service.
- Clients are required to provide a water hose spigot and electric outlet. In the event the client cannot provide these items, the client consents to New Life Detailing equipment (ex: waterless wash and wax) or reschedule.
- Gift cards
- Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, check or credit. Gift cards are redeemable for the goods and services not exceeding the balance of the provided git card. Should the gift card redeemer choose to add additional services, payment must be made to cover the outstanding balance owed at the time of service. Gift cards have no expiration date and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
